Every manifestation method contains some element of visualization – this is because it has proven to work over and over again.
Think of the best athletes in the world. They use focused and intense visualization to increase their skills and success in their sports. Michael Jordan visualizes baskets going in before he shoots. Golfers spend hours during their practices with detailed visualization of hitting the ball just perfectly and the golf ball travelling and landing in the perfect place.
I heard about a recent strudy where average high school basketball players were divided into three groups. They all took a foul shot test. Then they were divided into three groups. For the next two weeks, group one went out and practiced foul shots for 20 minutes a day every day. Group 2 did nothing and Group three visualized themselves shooting and making foul shots in their mind (for 20 minutes a day).
At the end of the two weeks, both Groups 1 and 3 evidenced a 23% improvement when shooting foul shots while Group 2 remained at the same level as before.
Now here is the thing- the visualization is of the desired END RESULT. People who use this method with success do not focus on how or exactly what needs to be done to get the end result- the picture focuses on the end result happening.
That is all you need to do. By doing this often and consistently, your subconscious mind will do all the work required to make it happen in reality. This is the result of your visualization creating the right energy in the world and your subconscious leveraging such energy to do its magic.
When you are working on a desired outcome, create a detailed vision of it already being present in your life. . . attach strong emotion to the vision and repeat often.
