Manifesting Money is Just Like Gardening
A great analogy for learning how to manifest money or anything in your life is gardening.
If you want to create vegetables, you must plant vegetable seeds. . . . if flowers, flower seeds. .. if strawberries, strawberry seeds. Similarly, if you want to create something in your reality, the “seeds” are the right kind of thoughts you must form and “plant” in your mind.
However, planting the right seeds is never enough to grow what you desire. When gardening, you first need to remove the weeds. Weeds will get in the way . . . similarly, negative thoughts and self sabotage will prevent you from ever manifesting your desires. So, you need to know how to remove the weeds when manifesting.
Also, when gardening after you remove the weeds and plant your seeds, you need consistent nurturing- usually watering, pruning, and making sure any new weeds are removed. There is the time when you start where you do not see anything growing yet. A gardener knows that a lot is happening to create the vegetables, flowers or fruits even if he or she does not see anything.
There is this same period when manifesting something in your reality. During this time, you must continue to nurture your desire with affirmations, visualization and a regular manifestation practice. Most importantly, you must have faith and certainty that with time and continued nurturing, your desire WILL manifest in you reality.
So, think of these three important elements of gardening- planting the right seeds (thoughts), removing the weeds (negative reactions, thoughts and self sabotage), and constant nurturing until your desire has “sprouted” into your reality.
