Recognizing How the Mind Affects Quality of Life
So many people have a hard time understanding how much their quality of life is dependent upon how they use their minds.
Concepts like the law of attraction and leveraging your mind to create your reality are advanced concepts that require that you study the science behind them or practice LOA or manifestation methods enough to see for yourself that they work.
But, if you are just starting out, I wanted to give you an example of how your mind can affect the quality of your life. Lets say there are two friends who decide to go on a luxury vacation in Hawaii. They both take the same flight, stay in the same resort, eat at the same restaurants and relax on the same beaches.
Only when they return from their trip, their “experience” of the trip is exactly the opposite. The first friend had an amazing experience where she was able to relax, meditate and indulge and she came back rejuvenated with a lot of energy.
The second friend returns feeling drained and unhappy as she truly feels her time and money is wasted. With each event, her recollection and experience is totally the opposite of Friend 1. If you listened to both of them explain their vacation, you would think they were in totally different worlds!
This example demonstrates that your inner mind significantly affects your “experience” of life. Take time to examine this example and think about similar examples in your own life.
Once you develop your inner resources, you can then apply more advanced methods of leveraging your mind to not only affect your happiness and peace over what is occurring in your life but also to actually create and manifest your outer circumstances.
